"Best Ski Resort" study launches into the new season for winter 2025/26!
This winter marks the beginning of the seventh round of our renowned “Best Ski Resort” study. We will once again be surveying 50,000 winter sports enthusiasts directly on the mountains to gauge satisfaction in the top ski resorts in the Alpine region and to answer the industry’s most pressing questions about the future.

For the 6th time after 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2020, the most meaningful customer research study in the Alps was conducted last winter 22/23.
With almost 50,000 skiers and snowboarders surveyed directly in the ski resort, “Best Ski Resort” is now one of the most important decision-making aids for strategy and positioning. The available long-term data/information provide orientation and help to proactively shape quality and product development.
